Oh my god, the Printing Lab!

So much confusion! No one knows what to do or how to print correctly. Most groups in here have already printed once and are having to reprint. Trim marks or no trim marks?! Thank god there's a man here, Steve, who is the IT guy for the printing lab. He is helping everyone and swallowing his own frustration of being a broken record this afternoon. Thank you, Steve! For helping us get it right. Maybe our instructors should talk to Steve too...
